Our governance structures and processes are regularly reviewed in response to changing requirements and to ensure alignment with best practice.
The company complies with all relevant legislation, regulation and codes, including the Code of Corporate Practices and Conduct as set out in the second King Report on Corporate Governance (King ll) and the JSE Listings Requirements. We welcome the introduction of the King lll Report and plan to move to full compliance with the code.
