NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
With regard to the audited results for the year ended 31 March 2010,
shareholders are advised that the annual report has been distributed to them.
The audited financial statements contain no modification to the abridged results
that were published on SENS on 19 May 2010. The annual financial statements were
audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. The sixth annual general meeting of
