We report annually on how the Group applied each of the King IVTM principles and how its implementation supports the achievement thereof. The King VTM Code was published in 2025 and is effective for company financial years commencing on or after 1 January 2026. Resultantly, Lewis Group will apply King VTM from the 2027 financial year and has commenced the process of aligning governance practices with the requirements of the new code.
